Good promotions agencies in/around London?

Hi, does anyone know of a reputable agency I could register with, preferably based in the London area, which could get me promotional-type work - giving out free samples, leaflets, product demonstrations etc? Internet searches for promotional agencies seem to come up with lots of modelling agencies for some reason. I know some of these types of organisations will try to rip you off with joining fees and stuff, so I was wondering if anyone here has had good experiences with a particular agency? Thanks very much x*x

I've been trying to get into that recently actually, along with TV/film extras work.  A good website I've found for advertising those sorts of jobs is one called StarNow and it allows you to apply to these agencies through their site for about a fiver a month, which isn't too bad.  I can't honestly remember the names of any agencies (SORRY) but I recommend that site for advertising them.

By the way, you're probably getting up a load of modelling agencies because they usually put people forward for promotional work, but most of them are rip off merchants.  You're better off with extras agencies.  I'm with one called Mad Dog Casting which doesn't charge any up front fees and has gotten me some good work in films and that.
