Good real estate agent in Phx?

I'm having a very hard time getting real estate agents to show me listings. I do all the work finding the places and they won't even show me. Can anyone recommend a good real estate agent, actually willing to do some work? Here in Phoenix...Thanks

All the Real Estate agents we talked with tried to bilk us out of money and railroad us into something we couldn't afford, all for a higher commission.

I would recommend going with Clayton Homes. They are newer homes, good quality, and have to meet the highest of safety standards. We love our home from Clayton!

I would recommend calling [phone] and asking for either Wally or Jeff, they are great and will really work with you to find what you want.

Usually when i hear this, there is something missing.   Do you have to wait 6 months until your lease is up?   Anyway, i had good luck with Perry Zemlicka  (not me) 602-576-0070 .  He owns a 1 man company.  He lives on South Mountain. If your house exists, he will find it. /

Go with this guy! he's from the valley, and knows a lot of people around. If you want somebody really talkative, loud and pushy, he's not the guy. He gets the job done, and gets it done right.

I found him on Yahoo realty, and I've bought 2 houses with him, and he's helped out a few friends of mine to.
