  1. Put the chicken in between 2 pieces of saran wrap. Pound it out to make the pieces about an inch thick. (no more than 2 inches thick) Dip the chicken pieces in an egg wash (eggs and milk) and then dip them in bread crumbs. If you want a crustier chicken, dip them twice. Saute the chicken in a well buttered pan until they are crispy. If they don't cook all the way through, you can put them in the oven for awhile. When they are done, pour the sauce on top, and then the mozzarella. Place the chicken in the broiler for a couple minutes, or until the cheese starts to brown. This is the way I do it, and it always comes out great!

  2. Cook the chicken in a oil with a little bit of oil.

Place the chicken in a greased casserole dish.

Layer with all the rest of the ingredients.

Bake in the oven at 350 until the cheese is melted.

It is a healthier way of making chicken parm.

No bread crumbs = less calories and carbs.

    Enjoy!!!!!

  3. Put the sauce in a pot.  Sautee your mushrooms if they're raw and add to sauce also add garlic to taste.

Beat an egg or two into a bowl.  Dip each chicken fillet into the egg and then dredge in a bread crumb parmesan cheese mixture.

In a skillet pan fry each fillet in olive or vegetable oil till done and golden brown.

Place your cooked fillets on a baking sheet and add a good spoonful of the sauce to the top of each one and some more cheese on top of that.

Bake at about 350 degrees in oven until cheese is melted.

Serve with pasta noodles if you wish.

  5. sautee the mushroms and garlic together season with light salt and pepper to taste....

in another pan put oil inside in medium heat and then place season fillets inside and sautee them.

check to see if they are fully cooked

in the first pan add the sauce and mix everything together

pour sauce over chicken in let it simmer

in  the oven place pan for 350 for chesse to brown

  6. Bread crumbs are not necessary - but if you prefer, you can make toast, let it dry out in the oven, crush it up and add garlic and/or italian seasoning and get the same effect.

Egg is not necessary to coat the chicken, just make sure it's wet.

Pan should be hot before adding coated chicken.

Sauce combined with other ingredients (except cheese) should simmer while cooking chicken to let flavors mingle.

Then it's just an assembly from there.

I like to serve it with a little pasta to use the extra sauce.....and a great merlot!
