  1. These are not neccesarily meals but food. My daughter loves fruit cups(pears, mixed peaches and pineapples), cottage cheese, yogurt, graham crackers dipped in jelly. At this age your 10month old can have meat just chop it up really fine so they don't choke. She espeacially liked the thin sliced deli meat because it was soooo easy for her to chew and she got the protein. If you don't get him introduced to new things soon you are going to have a hard time getting him to try new things. Good luck he really can eat anything you can just nothing too tough, with peels, too big or too crunchy

  2. I have a few ideas:

Veg in a cheese sauce- cauli, carrots, peas and courgette.

Cheese sauce - 1oz margerine in a pan and melt. Add 2 table spoons of plain flour and mix to form a paste. Stir in 250 mls milk until hot and stir in 50g grated cheddar cheese.

    OR

Chicken and cous cous - melt k**b of butter in a pan and saute an onion until soft. Stir in 25g frozen peas and pour over 175mls salt free chicken stock. Bring to boil and stir in 65g cous cous. Remove from heat, cover and set adise for 6 minutes. Fluff it up and add 50g of diced chicken.

Also how about salt free versions of your meals?

    Spaghetti bolognase

    Lasagne

    Shepherds pie

  3. You can make her chicken nuggets and cut it up in bite size pieces, and french fries, pizza, ramen noodles, chicken noodle soup, vegtable soup,   If she has teeth, you can give her anything you make for yourself.  At ten months my son was eating steak potatoes...i just cut it up into tiny pieces.  He just turned one a couple weeks ago, and for breakfast he had dry cheerios and sippy of milk, lunch he had chicken noodle soup..I just take the noodles out of the broth, dinner he had chinese food, rice, chicken and veggies.  Also, he loves beans and franks, they sell them in those tiny bowls, you can find them by ravioli and such...I just cut the little hot dogs in quarters, so they can't get lodged in his throat.  Good Luck!
