Good restaurant for 13th birthday in new york city?

Whats a restaurant place for a 13 year old to have her birthday in new york city? There will be about 10 girls. it can be anywhere in new york city. websites would be nice if possible.

food and this place is very inexpensive.

Jekyll & Hyde Pub-not sure of the website but the place is really cool especially if you go in the evening the food is not that great though

Hard Rock Cafe would be my pick.  I do not live in NYC, but if I were bringing my teens and tween that is where we would eat for sure!  Have fun!

I just had my 14th birthday at a billiards/ping pong place called Slate, on 21st street. It was great, even though none of us knew how to play. You can get food, drinks, and it's quite cheap.
