Good restaurant for a sweet 16 celebration in SF?

Have any suggestions for a good restaurant for my sweet 16 celebration in San Francisco?

I'm going to have around 20 guests, and i want to wear a nice dress :]

i dnt want the restaurant to be super fancy smancy or anything, or something too expensive.

Or you can do something traditional like the Cliff House, Cheesecake Factory, or Rainforest Cafe.
