  1. the leicester cheese bistro

  2. You could try San Carlos, (Italian) it has a large choice on the menu and daily specials. Food there is pretty good.

Depends really on what kind of food you wanna eat? Leicester is a truly multi-cultural place....!

  3. McDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Subway or your usual pub :)

    xx

  4. Las Iguanas - great for cocktails and tapas, but also kid friendly.

San Carlo - lovely Italian place.

Flores World Tapas - more tapas, also good!

Paprika Watermead Restaurant and The Kube (both Indian) say they're child friendly. Depends if your baby is at the eating out stage and likes curry I suppose!

  5. Having lived in the City centre last year at uni, there are a few good places within walking distance of the centre, the Slug and Lettuce is a fairly bog-standard posh pub and are pretty kiddy friendly, other than that there are a few bars, but the best eating places are without doubt East, the great Indian more or less opposite the coucil offices.

Keep out of the way of the questionable Wetherspoons, that is unless you want to cosy up to some drunks at 10.30 in the morning !

  6. I live in leicester! :D
