  1. louch fin- fish restaurant with mouth watering dishes, including fresh oysters...

  2. Visit www.toptable.co.uk

Then you can get reviews etc of a number of restaurants.

    Chez Gerard is OK though

  3. ALL in that area come in that category

  4. Bistro 1 on Southampton Street.

The food isn't expensive, on the contrary its quite cheap, but don't let that put you off because the food is absolutely amazing.

If you like simple Mediterranean food then this restaurant is worth a try.

  5. ohhh please if i answer question can i come.savoy grill

  6. Rules.

and Savoy Grill on Strand across road from Covent Garden

  7. George D has hit the nail on the head.

Rules in Maiden Lane.  England's oldest restaurant - it has been there 200 years.

I eat there at least once per month.  You will need to book well ahead - and if you are planning to go on a Friday / Saturday / Sunday you will need to book probbaly 2+ weeks in advance to have any chance of a good table.

Some of the other suggestions are good too - Loch Fynne is OK for seafood - but it is a chain so it is not that special.

The Savoy Grill is fantastic - but very formal and you are looking at £150+ per head with wine.

  8. Easy one. Le Deuxieme on 65a Long Acre (stone's throw from the tube station. Understated style, nice tables.

  9. THEY ALL GOOD MATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  10. For atmosphere try Sarastras at the back of Drury LOane.  The food is sort of Greek/Turkish.  The walls are painted like a theatre.  The ladies ands gents have erotic paintings.  There are little boxes you can get that you climb up steps to.  On Sundays and Mondays there are opera singers performing from the Opera House.  The guy who runs it calls himself King Richard.  It's not haute cuisine, but it is fun

  11. Maggiore is excellent, just off covent garden market, very elegant - you'll need to book asap tho.

I didn't think deuxieme was very good and the tables are a bit too close together.
