  1. Fruits Basket is always a good one. Lots of romance and drama.

It's already completed, you can just go to mangafox.com and look it up :)

  2. Beast Master

    1/3 no Kareshi

    7th Period is a Secret

    Bloody Kiss

    Kiss/Hug

    Kurohime

    You're My girlfriend

All really good romances. You can read most or all of them on the following sites :3

    www.onemanga.com

    www.mangafox.com

    www.mangavolume.com

  3. It would be a little more helpful if you were a little more specific, but I'm going to recommend a some titles based on what you've read and what you're reading.

If you liked WANTED by Matsuri Hino, then you should definitely check out her other work, Vampire Knight or Merupuri. Vampire Knight is a popular ongoing series with its own anime as well.

Love Monster is slightly more smutty with a supernatural element, so I think you would definitely enjoy Midnight Secretary by Tomu Ohmi. Things get hot and risky when serious secretary, Kaya, finds out that her boss is a vampire. Highly recommended! She's also the mangaka of Barairo My Honey.

Some other smutty titles you might enjoy:

Gekka no Kimi by Ako Shimaki (she's also got some other nice work that's been scanlated if you end up liking her stuff)

    Desire Climax by Akane Ukyou

Love Strip by Mayu Shinjo - A nice and simple 3 chapters by the same mangaka as Love Celeb

I'm personally a huge fan of the dramatic romances by Ai Yazawa:

Paradise Kiss and NANA - Parakiss is 5 volumes, completed, whereas NANA is currently ongoing.

Other series (stars denote my personal rating, out of five):

Sand Chronicles/Sunadokei by Hinako Ashihara ****

Ouran High School Host Club by Bisco Hatori ****(though I'll be surprised if you haven't read this popular series) - Hilarity ensues when the deadpan Haruhi accidentally finds herself caught up with the hi-jinks of the Host Club.

Koukou Debut by Kazune Kawahara *** 1/2

Skip Beat! by Yoshiki Nakamura ****

Tokyo Crazy Paradise by Yoshiki Nakamura ****

Hana-Kimi by Hisaya Nakajo *** 1/2 - A great series if you like gender benders, does get a tad overlong towards the end.

Faster than a Kiss by Meca Tanaka ***

All of these series (with the exception of Paradise Kiss, which is published by Tokyopop) can be found at http://www.onemanga.com/

You can probably download Parakiss at any manga hosting site. It's slightly hard to find because Tokyopop has asked many manga sites to take down work they've published.
