Good running music please?

I've started running every day, and I would like some awesome running music. I've heard that rap is good, is there any angry rap songs that get you pumped up?

I really like Muse and Eminem so far.

Thanks!!

  1. I almost always use "With Or Without You" by U2 when I'm running, but here other good ones that I have found helpful:

"Run to the Hills" by Iron Maiden

    "Paranoid" by Black Sabbath

    "Da Funk" by Daft Punk

"Hungry Like the Wolf" by Duran Duran

    "Vagabond" by Greenskeepers

    "Stronger" by Kanye West

"Are You Gonna Go My Way" by Lenny Kravitz

    "Enter Sandman" by Metallica

"Guerrilla Radio" by Rage Against the Machine

    "My Sharona" by The Knack

    Another thing:

It's a good idea to pace your strides and your breaths off of a song's beat, so try to find one with a distinctive beat at a tempo that works best for you. Good luck!

  2. chariots of fire

  3. Try AC/DC, ramones or dropkick murphys

  4. Either fast country music or rap.  I have no idea why, but this really works for me! And I can't stand listening to EITHER when I'm not running!!

  5. Try the 8 Mile soundtrack.  Lose Yourself is great...it builds up slowly and has a good beat and keeps you focused.

  6. I Just read Michael Phelp's playlist and he had "Till I Collapse" by Eminem on it so I looked it up and it's now on my running music list. I love all kinds of music and this one is good so is Against Me! and Breaking Benjamin's "Until The End", these are two good songs
