Good salad recipes? ?

I LOVE cheeses in my salads (like feta/goat cheese).

I HATE fruits in my salads (apples, raisins, etc.)

I would also like to know a good wine to go along with it

Go to www.taste.com.au and there's a nice Italian sausage & bean salad - it's YUM!  I put cheese & mushrooms in it as well as what the recipe says.

Try Greek salads they often have feta cheese and olvies in.
