Good scooter for 200 dollars or less?

I want an electric scooter with blinkers, lights, a trunk, and a horn for 200 or less.

If you check the same website as the picture link, these sell for $175 on that site.  You can buy these on-line.  However, it may be a little over $200 by the time you add shipping.

You may be able to find these through a local dealer.  I have seen similar scooters sold in booths in shopping malls.  You won't pay shipping.  A dealer may sell these for a little more money and you will also have to pay sales tax, so it will end up costing about the same as buying it on-line.
