Good scope for crosman phantom 1000?

i have a crosman phantom 1000 with a 30-dollar daisy powerline 3-9x scope but the thing wouldnt stay sighted for more than 3 or 4 shots. what's a good 3-9x scope for airgun for around 50 or so? i saw tasco golden antler scopes on ebay for about $33 ( http://cgi.ebay.com/Tasco-Golden-Antler-3-9x32-AIRGUN-AO-Matte-rifle-Scope_W0QQitemZ310054603325QQihZ021QQcategoryZ31714QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItem ). has anyone tried these scopes yet? are they good for the money? if not could u recommend me any other good ones for a low price!

G'Day mate don't get Tasco on e'bay they are made in china when they should be made in japan.They are a cheap copy,i got 2 and they are c**p i never had to sight in so much.Get a burris,or Leupold scope.I got mine 2 burris scopes on ebay 4 a good price and they are made from the u.s.a.cheers mate

    There are several to choose from. You might take a look at the 3-9x40 AO

    I have never had a Tasco on any of my airguns*, but, the specs look okay, so it should work just fine.

    *At least none that I can recall.  I have used them on .22s

    You're one step ahead of some. At least you know to put an airgun rated scope on a spring piston air rifle.
