Good short hair cuts for girls?

Question

whats a good short hair style for a 16yo girl.

my hair is natrually blackybrowny and mostly straight but a bit wavy not curly.[like rachel bilsons, sort of?] however its mostly straight up the top and if i am going to cut my hair short then the bottom bits wont matter anyway... so yeah straight-ish hair.

i dont want a full on fringe but wouldnt mind bangs.

i dont want a high maintenance style. i want a style that is easy to keep, doesnt require hair product (gel, mousse... etcetc)
