I would say hatenkou yuugi though its not really romance it is really good. Only 10 eps though. Also known as dazzle. I also think hana yori dango is definately worth watching.

Hana yori dango, i suggest to watch that in the Japanese Drama.
the anime and the manga are too old for me x]]
