Good site for blogging and reading other blogs?

i recently started a blog on blogger, but i hate how you can't view other people's blogs easily, any other suggestions of sites where i can get feedack on my own blogs?

add social bookmarking buttons to your blog like stumbleupon, reddit, fark, delicious, furl, etc

it's free and will help direct traffic to your site

also link your favorite blogs on your site which will also direct traffic

lastly create a profile of your blog on MySpace, Facebook, Flickr, Yahoo360, MSN Spaces, etc and then add freinds like crazy to them.

why isn't your blog linked to your Yahoo Answer profile?
