i really want some feedback for the poems I write so I would like to publish them on a site where i dont need to pay, or give my adress. I'm only looking for some tips for my work, nothing big but i would really appreciate if you could tell me what sites there are around.

Thanks x

  1. http://www.poemhunter.com/

You do have to register with a viable email address but nothing else is required but the name you wish to publish under.  They send you a password to the email you give them, and that's it.  You're a member and can submit all you like and read all the other poems submitted by others as well.

It is a huge publisher involving classic poets, amateur poets, and a search by author, poetry title, or subject matter, as well as and including writers, song titles and lyrics also published there.

Poemhunter also offers a free structured e-book of your poems set up and ready for you to download for submission or emailing to friends, relatives, other on-line publishers, or just for your own library.

I think you will enjoy submitting there, I sure do.

  2. I found a great site that is free and even have ways to pay you or just offer positive support go to   helium.com and feel free to look me up there

  3. The ones listed above are good but DON'T send anything to Poetry.com as it is purely a slick marketing machine designed to separate you from your money by telling you you are wonderful and a fantastic writer - even if what you have submitted is abysmal!

  4. mypoetryforum.com is ok and of course theres the poetry free for all http://www.everypoet.org/pffa/index.php?

  5. Make your own blog on one of the many sites on line.  Most of them are free, eg, MySpace, Blog Spot, Yahoo 360 Spaces, MSN Live Spaces, etc.

None of those ask for your address.

It's simple and easy to make up your own blog for your poems and to make it public, full instructions are given to help you on each site.

    Good luck!  :)

  6. I really like www.youngwriterssociety.com

there are some very good writers on there.

  7. post it on myspace and ask people comment it
