Good sound system for loud bass for rap n such??

im lookin into Kickers but are there better ones? like alpine or rockford... im willing to spend a good amount of money but not over the top lkike 5k n over is a lil over.

alpine is hard to beat for the money and most of it is top of the line in sound quality and power...i wont buy anything else....check out a 15 inch alpine type r....or better yet a set of 12 inch type x

Heres what your going to want for rap, and it'll only cost you about 1k, maybe a little more with custom setups.  First, you want a great deck, something where you can control all the variables.  Second, you want a great speaker, and I've found that the kicker solos are good, but so are the JL Audio Punches.  With either one, one 12" is plenty, but if you wanna rattle your teeth out, two works!  A 900 watt amp to power either one, remember go with punch or kickers, if you buy a cheap one, expect it to burn out or c**p out shortly there after.  Now here is the most important thing....the box!  you want a box custom for your vehicle made by people who know how to build them, because the better the box, the better and clearer the sound you'll get from the speakers, the harder the bass will hit, and the better it'll look in the car.  HTH and if you have more questions lemmeknow
