bed bath and beyond. i actually heard from someone else on here that they didn't like target becasue they took a while to update the list and they ended up with many duplicate items and they wouldn't take them back without a reciept. make sure you check the return policy before you register anywhere.

Stores that are nation-wide or have online stores are the best option. Some good ones are Target, Macys, Bed Bath and Beyond, Linen N Things, Kohls, etc.

Those are all pretty common places to register.  You can register for a variety of items in several price ranges.

I will proably get some thumbs down for this one because they are not fancy places but I personally think the best two places to register at are Wal-Mart and Target. The reason why I pick Wal-Mart is their registry system acutally works very well and is very user friendly. Guests can view your registry online or a kiosks located in the jewelry department. It's very easy for the bride and groom to use as well. Plus, everybody has a Wal-Mart near them and Wal-Mart does have some much nicer home things and the basics than people give them credit for, plus they have many options for gifts for guests to choose from as far as price range. You will be able to have many items under 5 dolllars or even 1 dollar. Besides who doesn't have a Wal-Mart near them!

Target is good for many of the same reasons as Wal-Mart. Not as many people have Wal-Marts near them, but some people think that the exact same thing from Target is much better than the exact same thing from Wal-Mart, so it will appeal to people who think they are too good to go to a Wal-Mart. Target has many great things as well, and their prices are slightly higher than Wal-Mart but they often have more trendy things. Because Target doesn't care as many grocieries, hardware, clean supplies and things like that compared to Wal-mart, they are able to have more things like fashionable home decor. Target also gives you the option of buying thigns that guests didn't buy at a discount.

With whatever you decide, make sure you have many gifts in all price ranges, especally the under 20 dollar price range.
