Question:

Good stress relievers?!?

I am currently under an extreme amount of stress, and I need something inexpensive to help me relax. Any ideas or suggestions. I am open to anything at this point.

  1. i recommend horses to everyone

    if you have friends with horses go out to the barn with them and help groom and feed

    if not find a stables nearby and call and see if you can go and help groom ,ride, or anything.

    ive been riding at pretty much between the same 3 places almost my whole life so ive always had that out to just go and sit and watch people ride, groom etc.

    its SOOO relaxing

Get a deep muscle massage.  Try meditating, venting, sleeping, etc.  Anything to make you feel better.  Cheep beer can work too, if you are old enough.  Take a lazy day off of work.  Go in your closet and scream.  Take about 10 saltines, put them in your mouth all at once, and then blow out through your mouth.  Lay in the grass and see pick out what animals the clouds are in shapes of. Take a hot bath.  Go window shopping.  Get an plug in air freshener scented like lavender. Turn your radio up and sing at the top of your lungs.  When in doubt, call your doctor and they might be able to suggest something!

  3. meditation! maybe listen to some calming music while burning incenses?  usually when i'm stressed out i take a nice hot bath.  trust me it works.  you can also get massages. go to a spa and get yourself pampered. hope this helps!


  4. I would actually recommend an nice o****m. The endorphins released are pretty good stress relievers.

    If you're looking for a non s*x related stress reliever, I would recommend a hobby. This can be anything like cooking, gaming, reading, etc... that you both enjoy, and that isn't too mentally taxing. Focusing on something easy like that will keep your mind off the stressful things that are happening.

  5. if youre in the uk head to holland and barrat they've got tones of stress reliever creams and lotions to help you with daily life.

  6. well,i would say meditation nd yoga.do meditation for even 1min. nd u would see the difference..and read some books or novels that u lik...well if u think thts stressful  to ur eyes..thn better go for sleeping. sry for saying tht .....bt do u sleep well?nd talk to ur frnds nd family memebrs.play games nd sports in the evenings after work...if the stress is due to ur studies sports would really help u a lot....b alone for sometime

  7. lavender oil or bachs flower remedies rescue balm, Also get as much fresh air and exercise as you can
