  1. have you ever tried any yoga stretches? downward dog/ stuff like that? go to your local target or walmart and look at some fitness magazines find one you like and order the subscription you will find many new streches every month. hope this helps!!


  2. hallo hun, well ive been researching this myself lol im 15 and so far i found some great programs on it for beginners to advanced. I hope these help and don't forget to do things like dance workouts and yoga or yogalaties, You could even try pilates ...i think that how its spelt lol :)
