  1. craigslist would probably be a good place to look if your looking for somethin cheep

  2. First off, don't buy Pyle, they are terrible....

Second off, before you consider buying any subs make sure you get a good amp.  You can have the best subs in the world, but if you have a c**p amp, you won't be able to power the subs or get any good "thump" from them

So, after getting a decent amp ($300) then I would recommend for subs, in a cheap price range, sony $150 for a 12" I have 2, good quality.

  3. If I were you I would check out these subs, http://www.edesignaudio.com/product_info... They are Elemental Designs SQ10s, and they're specifically designed for small enclosures. Also they're only $70 apiece! I have two of them in my truck and they sound great, especially with rock music as they hit very clearly. The bass is clearly defined, and in a ported box they will be plenty loud.

  4. Pyle PLD12WD DRYVER SERIES. DVC Woofers 3200W @ 4 Ohms

  5. alpine type E

  6. any "good" sub will cost more than that but i just wanted to tell you that you have one badass car

don't be cheap because those aerocoupes are hard as h**l to find and are d**n near collector cars so i would not half step- take your time and save up for the good stuff even if you have to get one component at a time it will be well worth it

plus you will end up yanking out the cheap stuff sooner rather than later because of damage to it or you will want to upgrade and its more time/cost effective to just go with the good stuff from the gate

alway buy from CEA-compliant companies because their amps have been tested and produce or exceed the advertised RMS (continious) wattage with minimum distortion and that their subs can also handle their rated RMS wattage

    here are the CEA-compliant brands

    Alpine (highly recommend)

    Bazooka (don't like their subs)

    Blaupunkt (don't like their subs)

    Clarion

    Eclipse

    Infinity (highly recommend)

    JBL

JL Audio (very good but over priced)

    JVC

    Kenwood (don't like their subs)

Kicker (the best in my opinion)

    MTX (highly recommend)

    Pioneer

    Polk Audio (highly recommend)

    PPI

    Rockford Fosgate (highly recommend)

    Sony (don't like their subs)

  7. its all in opinion   ill guaranteee u that if u get 5 answers  they will probably all be different...for me, i would go with pioneer premier TS-W1207D4 or D2s for my setup...those r the subs i have always been happy with...they r 65 dollars a piece..so that 120 dollars    thats about as goos as ur going to get for the price and quality...if u get two   then get a amp that will push 800 rms
