  1. it's suggestions

Well, what kind of help do you want?  If you are more specific than maybe I could help.

  2. Try and get in the pool as much as possible. When you get tired you just have to suck it up and keep swiming. You need to get as strong as possible too. Lift weights, heavy for a day, rest a day, light for a day and rest again. Other then that the only thing that can help you is experience in the game. If your doing both sports at the same time, you need to stretch or you will be cramping all the time. For crosscountry, really the only thing that can help you is to run... A LOT...

The first few week of water polo will be h**l as you get into shape, but it gets better. My first week of practice, the coach made us lift for an hour every day and swim for 2.

  3. Water polo is going to be much harder than cross country but much more fun. Cross country will be easier but BORING. but overall, a good way to stay in shape. Warning Water Polo might start rocking your world

  4. BOXING!!! if you dont want to fight then do boxercise. its the best cardio activity you can do (scientifically proven) and it makes you extremely fit if you do it enough and properly. i play water polo and aside from polo training and swimming boxing is the best, most demanding training you can do. plus it will be great for your running
