  1. You can pour juice into one of those plastic popsicle molds and make healthy popsicles.  The molds are only a couple dollars to buy.


  2. if you have a popsicle set you can make your own popsicles using any juice.

    For something sweet you can make your own ice cream sandwiches. all you need is chocolate graham crackers, low fat whipped cream and mini chocolate chips. Mix the whipped cream and chocolate chips together and make a sandwich with the crackers. then freeze.

    You can also find a lot of good ideas online.

  3. Margaritas on the rocks.  

    Pour mix over ice.  Add tequila.  Shake, shake, shake.  Voila!

    Fresh squeezed lemon/limeade is great too.

  4. fresh fruits and vegtab;es.  Cheese and crackers.  If you have milk and a cup with a lid, you can make pudding jello.  Just shake up and let it set in the refridge for awhile, if there is a refridge.
