Good sweeper/vaccum??

Question

i was wondering what sweeper/vaccum you have and if you like it or not, and if you knew of any good ones.. the reason this question is in this category is bc who better to ask them moms!! thanks... i have a baby who is picking up so much off our carpet bc our has lost its succtions.. thanks again!

I have a Dyson (the Animal version) and I LOVE it!

We have a Kirby nd yes they are expensive but so worth it! We have had ours for 9 years and have never had aproblem with it plus it also shampoos the carpet as well. It's a little heavy but I am sure the newer models are better. I love my Kirby vacuum!

I have a Rainbow, and I absolutely love it.  I have allergies, and I cannot be around any other vacuum, because they all blow some amount of dust back into the air.  The Rainbow uses water instead of bags and filters, so the suction power never decreases.  It's great if you have pets--gets all the hair out from even deep down in the carpet.

The downside is having to dump and clean the water basin when you are finished, but it's not a big deal.  It's still better than changing a disgusting vaccum bag (if you knew the kinds of things that grew in there over time, you would be disgusted).

They are expensive, but I feel like mine was worth every penny.
