  1. Mecca is for Muslims only, forget about it. You can visit Riyadh as the Capital City, Al Khobar-Dammam for Shopping Malls, Hofuf for first class gold jewelries, Shaybah they called it "line to heaven" because of a very very hot temperature feeling like you are 1meter under the sun with a red sand dune all around you and Jeddah which is a little bit open-city.

  2. SMUGGLE  BACK LOTS OF OIL!

  3. .......aside from Mecca, visit Jeddah, Riyadh and Alkhobar. You can do a lot of things there. for sure, you'll not get bored...

  4. You can go to Mecca if you are Muslim.  Diving in the Red Sea at Jeddah is popular.  But by all means, do some shopping; gold jewelry of excellent quality is available for far less than most anywhere else, and clothing is inexpensive.

  5. Challenge the system

    Flirt with Muttawa

Drop the Abbaya and wear trousers

    Swim in the beach

    Drive a car

The list is endless for ladies in Saudi

  6. You tell this to normal Saudi ,he thinks you are crazy or something to be thinking to have fun in his country...also being yourself a lady makes it double the trouble..You  can not go to the beach and swim in public if you are a lady neither you can go alone anywhere ,,but to make life easy for you i suggest be most satisfied of what you get ,,Try  5 star hotel anywhere that if you have the money,,They might just allow you to swim with other ladies at certain time ,,or go to the mall somewhere and chill with your mate

  7. You can only visit Makkah and Madina if you are a Muslim. Among other cities visit Riyadh as it is the capital of Saudi Arabia, Jeddah is the International melting pot of people from all over the world and after Riyadh is the commercial hub of the Kingdom, Alkhobar/Dammam is in the Eastern Province, where all the oil is. In addition try to visit Taif which is near Jeddah and is a hill station, green and the weather is nice also Abha/Khamis Mushayt. If you are a muslim then you do not have to put Makkah and Madina on your list as you will first go there anyway for Umran and Ziarah otherwise count them out, there is no way for you to go there.
