What is a good time for a high schooler for 400 and 200?

It depends, for high school boys [freshman and up] :

400M: 53 and under

200M:23 and under

For Girls [Freshman and up]

400M:60 seconds and under

200M:26 seconds and under

thats what i remember from my high school days

id say a 1:06 400 would be alright

and probably a :30 200

A good high school time for the 400 would be under a minute and a really good time would be like 55 seconds. A good time for the 200 would be under 28 seconds and a really good time would be about 25 seconds.
