Good times for Track?

i'm a freshman in high school

200 - 28.6

100 - 13.9

how should i shave time off these scores?

  1. Those times are alright.. work on sprinting. Do a track workout of 100-200-300-400-300-200-100 basically a ladder. Or run some 300s. You will have to work really hard just to shave even tenths off of your times. Do you start out with blocks? That could help your time as well.

    To be successful your 100 time should be around 10.6 and your 200 around 21.8/22.. those are really fast and would make you successful. Also do squats, leg extensions, leg curls, calf raises, lifting weights in general will also help you. Anything else, shoot me an e-mail. Good luck!
