You could use it after someones been trying to explain something for a long time, then just say "thats what she said" just to p**s them off. Its happened to me numerous times.

well the story was i had a sore throat and when i would yawn i would open my mouth too far and it would hurt my tonsils so i was talking to my bf and i yawned and then i said ugh i opened my mouth too far and it hurt my tonsils and then he said thats what she said haha it was funny
