I'm from the Philippines and I want to take a trip to Ireland though it is not anytime soon. Can you recommend great places (city & rural) to visit? Cheap places I could stay? How much would that cost me, all in all? Are Irish people nice & friendly?

I love their accent!

  1. http://www.discoverireland.com/ire/

    = )

  2. its not a very cheap country unfortunately. stay in dublin for a few nights anyway and i would recommend Bewleys hotels as they are top notch great quality, but the cheapest available in hotels as 99 euro ish for a room no matter how many ppl in it. you can go cheaper with hostels tho try http://www.hostelbooker.com.

then i would rent a car and travel the country, its not a very big place so you can fit in many of the counties in a road trip, again i would stay  in hostels if you wan go cheap. try visiting newgrange though, its our best national heritage monument.

    just google newgrange.

    try http://www.bewleys.com

  3. There aren't very many cheap places to stay in Ireland anymore .... but there are some wonderful rural locations .... Cost? Go to the Irish tourist board (Bord Failte) site and start researching admission prices, and also B&B and hotel rates, and try the various car hire companies also, because if you want to go to rural areas in Ireland you will have to hire a car, if you don't go on one of these coach tours.
