Good vacations for 16 year old girls?

for my 16th birthday in april my moms going to let me go on a vaction and i can bring along friends to.

what are some good places to go???

but they have to be on the cheap side, we dont have tons of money.

depends on where you are and how far you are willing to travel but for a cheap idea  have your mom rent a room and hang out at pool
