We are traveling to Italy in October, and will be staying in Rome for 3 nights. Does anyone have any recommendations for good value hotels near the centre...... it seems everywhere I can find is up to about £150 a night.

  1. Try de-venere.com or Octopus.

  2. http://www.venere.com/

    http://www.medhotels.com/

  3. the hotel serena  it is right near the main train station it is in the good part of the town and right down the street is the santa maria majore cathedral  and the hotel has excellent orices with breakfast

  4. Hotel Guiliana is near the main station and S Maria Maggiore, and is cheap and cheerful.  You can save a lot of money by staying outside of the City and coming in by train.  Try the Castelli area.

  5. Try to see "Booking". There are the best hotels and low cost.....

  6. the albani hotel. my grandpa owns it but i dont know the cost.

  7. i agree with whoever said venere. but read reviews from other sites too about the same hotel before you book anything. i have booked a hotel in madrid with 1800hotels.ie but not going til october so cant comment but it was only €252 for 2 people for 3 nights b&b in 4* so try them too.

  8. Best value is Hotel Louis I check the link bellow
