Now I know everyone is going to tell me "there is no substitute for vegetables that are as good for you as vegetables". Unfortunately, I don't like them. I don't want them, and so I don't eat them. But I do care about my health. Lately I picked up some V8 fusion (which supposedly has full servings of fruits and vegetables). And I know it isn't perfect, but its a start. What if I got a juicer? Would that be better/closer to the real deal? If so, what are some good recipes to make a vegetable juice taste more fruity (like V8 fusion)?
