Good vet for rats in Philadelphia?

Hi, I have a rat with some kind of growing under her right front leg, under the skin. I think it could be a tumor. I need a good vet clinic to possibly do the surgery to remove it. And my other rat has smal scratches wounds around her face. Does anyone know a good small vet clinic in Philadelphia, PA aria? Thanks.
