Good video camera??

OK! I make LOTS of youtube videos! I have been using my digital camera to make them. I want to buy a video camera soon so they look a little better quality and i can get some more views. My friend has the kind where you flip. I like hers as well. If any of you people know Fred's videos on youtube i want something that kinda makes the videos look like that. If you DONT know Fred on youtube, then what are some decent good quality cameras? THANKS a million! =D
