Good way to customize MySpace page?

Question

I want to customize my MySpace page with a personal(downloaded on my PC or from a host site)/custom picture. I want my personal/custom picture as my background. I also want to customize the (MySpace) text, other colors etc.

I need recommendations for a site that will let me customize my MySpace page, in regards to the above. I don't want a site that's going to put a bunch of adds on my page (a small add is acceptable). I don't want anything very flashy or 'kiddy'. I just want put a personal picture as my MySpace background, change my text colors and use a website that will simply let me do that by copy and pasting text.
