  1. soy products (tofu/soy milk), tempeh, seitan

  2. Eat other nuts then..... tofu

  3. One does not get GOOD QUALITY Protein from Vegetable sources at all.Either Milk or Egg need to be taken, if one wants to avoid Meat.

  4. Whole wheat bread

    tofu

    Soy milk

    Nuts

    Soy meat

...Not too sure about anything else, sorry. I usually get most of my protein from beans. I highly recommend eating them (especially if you don't eat them because of taste).

Oh yea, there are also those tablet pill things you can take. If you decide to use these, watch out for fish oil and gelatin.

  5. "infinate...", whey is not vegan. ;]

Almost all nuts have high levels of protein, and you can't forget soy! Soy is a vegan's best friend.

  6. quinoa! I eat it everyday. Also, I read that fermented soy products like tempeh is ok even if you have a soy allergy. It's an aquired taste but I like it.

  7. Eating cereals (spelt, barley, oat, grain, mile.....) and legumes (lentils, chickpeas, soybean, peas....) but also seitan and tofu...

  8. Whey protien. Drink a shake everyday.

Get the cheap kind from Walmart. Thats what I use.
