I'm leaving my job that I've been at for a long time. Long story short, there's too much drama there and it's time for me to move on to bigger and better things. My boss and I just got through a bit of a tiff with each other and I am worried that she is going to feel like I have been fake about my apology to her..we are somewhat close after working together for so long. I really don't want to leave on a bad note. Plus, I feel like if I leave a sour taste in her mouth about it, she could just be vindictive enough to give me a bad job reference if I needed one down the road. So this is something where I need to be very careful about what I say. I need to figure out what to say quickly....I have this new job depending solely on my drug test tomorrow...but yeah I'll pass lol! So I'm sure by Friday they will get the results and I will have to have some kind of letter for my work prepared.
