Good ways for a 14 year old to make money in between sports?

I'm a 14 year old guy that needs money for personal reasons. I play basketball and football and was wondering about ways a 14 year old could make money.

I always have gardening work that needs to be tended to on a weekly basis from mowing to pulling weeds or removing fallen tree branches.  Ask around your neighborhood, especially with older neighbors, if there are some chores you can help them with.

ebay. selling candy to your classmates. if that doesnt work try selling drugs to your classmates. if you plan to do anything yard work. its a lot easier to say "yeah you can mow my lawn" when you have your own lawnmower. Whatever you pick, just make it real easy for people to say "yes" to you. And dont let anyone short change you. lots of people will think "hes just a kid " but you need to make sure you get paid. Also, instead of lim,iting yourself and saying "no i cant do that" try really hard to learn how to say "yes" to  customer.

mowing lawns, garden work such as pulling weeds, watering and stuff, maybe car wash? ive done that a few times and i made $20 in a day when fall comes rake some lawns, you can make killer off a yard depending how much need to be raked otherwise if you can manage to get a part time job somewhere that would work too- so thats what i do to make money

I'm 14 too and a friend of mine refs basketball for a younger league and gets paid nearly $20 a game.

If you know the sport as well as she does, make time for a couple games, financially you could do well!
