Well I have curves. I have large b*****s and thighs and hips and butt. And I like it lol. I would like to tone up my stomach and also become more flexible. I am flexible in general but I haven't done any stretching for years so I'm nowhere near as good as I used to be.I would like to lose fat from my stomach, but the thing is if I lose weight I don't want it to come from the wrong places (i.e. b*****s). So I need to find a way to tighten up my stomach. I'm not interested in dieting.Any routines/techinques for flexibility and abdominal training would be great! Thanks!
