Question:

Good ways to be more flexible/tone up??

Well I have curves. I have large b*****s and thighs and hips and butt. And I like it lol. I would like to tone up my stomach and also become more flexible. I am flexible in general but I haven't done any stretching for years so I'm nowhere near as good as I used to be.

I would like to lose fat from my stomach, but the thing is if I lose weight I don't want it to come from the wrong places (i.e. b*****s). So I need to find a way to tighten up my stomach. I'm not interested in dieting.

Any routines/techinques for flexibility and abdominal training would be great! Thanks!

  1. There is no such thing as "spot reduction"  You see people on tv who have ab crunchers and they say 20 min a day and you can have killer abs.  Wrong.  They are only loosing that weight and getting tight abs because they are working out EVERY day.  You don't see them with tight abs and thick thighs or big butts.  everything on their body is tight. Your body is going to lost fat in the places it wants to.  Yes, you may lose more fat in the spot you are working and yes you will gain muscle mass in that area but there is no way you can work only your stomach.  I have looked up ways of just exercising my stomach because i am just like you(except for my breast lol) i want to tighten up my stomach but keep everything else but  but I'm finding all of these research results and news from my doctor saying its not possible.  The best thing you can do is stretch everyday to become more flexible, work out everyday, and drink water.  i'll be the first to say, my diet is not up to par with what it should be; however, ever since i have been exercising more i have drank water and its helping me lose the weight. in the end..overall body fat must be lost in order to lose fat in certain areas.  good luck =]

if you read the link below it will really help

  2. stretch every night after you get out of the shower.

lay on the floor stomach down and put your hands on the ground and push you should feel your stomach muscles stretched out
