  1. Here's a workout you can do..

  2. Well, this is irrelevant to your backyard and space dilemma, but the best way to exercise I've found is the elliptical! It burns calories like mad.

  3. Two things before exercising: 1. Stretch 2. Warm Up

To stretch just make sure you make your muscle groups flexible for your exercise shift. Do situps/crunches for your abs, crossing your arms to the opposite side for biceps, reaching above your shoulders to your back for triceps, getting up against the wall and aligning leg parallel to it while your foot is on the wall for calves etc. To warm up, do two or three laps around your yard (depending on how huge it is!), set a jump rope straight on the floor and jump crosswise on it for a minute. Now that your heart is pumping it's time to start exercising (as if you didn't already)....

You can do a lot of things to exercise actually, from dancing to swimming. Anything that's easy but still makes you tired after a while is most likely ideal. Just go by your judgments. And always stay hydrated as that's the most important thing alongside of wearing sneakers. Hope this helps!

  4. If You Got A Big Backyard, You Should Jog Everyday Around The Fencing For 30 Minutes. You Can Lose Weight And Make Use Of Your Backyard. Good Luck!

  5. Do yoga outside! That's the most relaxing thing ever, and it's exercise. If you don't have yoga moves memorized, you could check out a book on it from the library with the poses.

Do you have a soccer ball? Kicking that around the backyard is great fun!

Or just invite some people over for some football or red rover or simon says!
