low calorie and stuff doesnt seem to work, at least not for me, if you have a way to do it better then that would be cool too haha. but yeah so basically im sjut wondering if anybody knows some good ways to lose weight, i do exercise and i do watch what i eat. but i just want to know like the basic rules. like if i only eat one memal a day, cuz that doesss make me full believe it or not, then is that bad for me? cuz i've heard that doing that will make me GAIN weight? yeah, so thank you in advance (:
