What exercises exacly would help tone up stomach n arms for a 13/14 yr old girl.

i have a bit of a stomach (not a beer belly or anything!) and would like to loose it and tone it up

and i would like to gain a bit of muscle in my arms n get a thin outline of abs (not all shwartzneger on me!) kinda like this pic:

also what foods r bad?

  1. well youll have to do some type of weighttraining to tone those muscles of yours up. youll have to do cardio for atleast 30 to 45 min...dont eat junk food, foods high in fat, sugary drinks,candy,chocolate, salty food...eat 5 to 6 meals aday 2 to 3 hours paced apart and small portions


  2. crunches and situps.

    transfat foods. or too much fat, saturated fat.

    but too much of anything is bad.
