What exercises exacly would help tone up stomach n arms for a 13/14 yr old girl.i have a bit of a stomach (not a beer belly or anything!) and would like to loose it and tone it upand i would like to gain a bit of muscle in my arms n get a thin outline of abs (not all shwartzneger on me!) kinda like this pic:http://www1.istockphoto.com/file_thumbview_approve/1251629/2/istockphoto_1251629_sexy_stomach.jpgalso what foods r bad?thx in advance guys
