I'm going to oen a website which focuses on weather. I need a great reliable website where I could check to get good weather forecasts. Has to include The Following: Enhanced details on all major weather events, Eg; hurricanes(strength and projected path), winter storms( probalibilty of snow) very hot weather, local radars( probability of precip.), wind speed and direction, humidity levels, dew point, heat index (high), wind chill(low), flooding, and any other important resources. Please use the words "forecast" and "graphics"when looking for websites.

  1. The NOAA website has everything you need. NOAA contains the National Weather Service. That's where every other weather website gets their information from.

  2. www.bbc.co.uk/weather

    www.weather.com

    www.weather.co.uk

    www.wunderground.com

    www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather

    www.weatheronline.co.uk

    www.worldweather.org

    www.xcweather.co.uk

    www.metcheck.com

    weather.yahoo.com

    www.netweather.tv

These are a few weather websites which have maps, wind speed/direction, and hopefully will help you!

  3. I included the link for NOAA.  Be advised, the more data about the weather, the less "user friendly" a site becomes.  The Weather Channel provides a more traditional generalized forecast but NOAA has much more detail.  Not everyone is as enamored with weather information as others.

We "weather enthusiasts" tend to be interested in how the clock is built while regular people just want to know what time it is.

  4. i don't know too much about weather but you could try www.weather.com

  5. weather.gov which is the National weather Service website, which has radar, statistical models, local forecasts, and so on.  I use it for all my local radar (base reflectivity is what you'd want on that site).

You can also go to radar.weather.gov and click on the closest radar station to your location (or any station you want to observe).

Tends to be a little more accurate, IMO than weather.com which is the Weather Channel.
