Good websites that can teach violin?

Are there are good weblinks or books or websites that can help teach me how to play violin? Are there any weblinks with videos on it too? thanks!

http://www.violinmasterclass.com can help, but really, you can't learn to play the violin using a website or a video.  You really need a teacher.  The video can't give you specialized help or figure out what you're doing wrong - and it won't correct any bad habits you may pick up that will keep you out of symphony in the future.  At least take a few professional lessons at the beginning to make sure you know how to hold the violin and bow correctly, and to figure out how to test your intonation.
