Good weight loss tips?

I am currently 13 years old. (14 in December), and I weigh around 140-150 Pounds. The doctor said he can remove my 'Man b***s' using a pill. They aren't necessarily fat, It's some sort of Female Gene.

Back on topic* Are there any good weight loss tips out there for me? I want to lose it fast.

    You need to lose body fat, and the only way to do that is by either changing your diet or working out or a combination of both.

    Try this workout:

    1 minute - jog (warm up)

    30 seconds - sprint

    30 seconds - jog

    30 seconds - sprint

    30 seconds - jog

    30 seconds - sprint

    30 seconds - jog

    30 seconds - sprint

    1 minute - jog (cool down)

    This entire workout lasts less than 6 minutes but will absolutely kick your butt. When you sprint, go 100 percent full speed. At the end, you can jog for longer if you'd like until your heart rate calms down a little.

    Do this everyday for a week and I will bet you anything you'll notice a difference.

  3. These weight loss tips really work for me and can help you too:

    Buy only what is on a prepared list and going only on a certain day.

    Never go food shopping hungry. If you go food shopping without a good meal in your stomach, it will be difficult to resist purchase snack foods.

    Never keep snack foods in house. If you use an excuse like “I buy this snack for the kids”, you are on risk of sabotage your own weight loss efforts.

    Eat on smaller plates. It helps eat less

  4. Cardio- Running, cycling, sports, basketball, volleyball, anything that has you moving for at least a half hour a day.

    Eat more frequently but eat smaller portions. Never over stuff yourself.

    Cut back on sugar packed goodies (**** is worse than a cocaine addiction)

    And hard work in general. Weight loss is never easy like they say on tv.

    The answer before me is good advice too. Don't eat anything an hour and a half before going to sleep. When we sleep our metabolism goes down to virtually nothing and that food will stay with you.
