I'm on a diet that requires me to eat whole wheat pasta so I'm looking for a good brand to try. Do you have any suggestions?

  1. There is a brand call Eating Right. It's pretty good. Try shopping at whole foods.

  2. I like Catelli's rotini and fusili. With a robust tomato-based sauce, it's actually quite good. It doesn't taste like white pasta but it's tasty in its own right.

  3. Whichever brand you decide on, I find that it really tastes better if I cook it longer than recommended. I like the taste, but it is much heartier than the regular versions.

  4. Yes, I absolutely love Ronzoni Healthy Harvest pasta and so does my family. I linked Ronzoni website below because they have really good, healthy recipes too.

Good luck with your diet =)

  5. Any whole wheat pasta is good.  I've tried most brands and they are all pretty much the same.   Rozoni Healthy Harvest is NOT whole wheat..it's a blend.  Stay away from that.

  6. usaually in italia when one is on diet we avoid pasta......................................
