Good work out for australian rules footy?

im 14 just want to know a good strengthening work out. im bout 6 ft and alreeady got 6 pack just want to get bigger shoulders and stuff

  1. alternate days swimming - suggest butterfly or freestyle - and weights, which will put on useful muscle rather than just Mr Universe show off stuff. Will keep you in proportion as you grow, because sounds like you're headed for about 6'4" - 190cm - which is a useful height for a footballer.

    Swimming will also relax you which is useful when school, work, life etc gets on your nerves!

    Will also benefit every other cell in yr body and make you more flexible, which is necessary if you want to play big time AFL.
