  1. Bas Rutten has a MMA workout (simply "Bas Rutten's Mixed Martial Arts Workout") on CD.  He designed it as a workout for when he was travelling and in hotels with no gym.  It's primarily a shadow boxing routine, actually a variety of routines, though you can use a bag.  It will kick your butt.  Not only does it really work your entire body, but you practice basic moves at the same time, and it doesn't require any equipment.

  2. www.fight-site.com

    it has everything you need

  3. I have the Bas CD DVD set too - it's a really tough workout, and when you get to the 4th CD, it actually incorporates weights, pushups, kicks, knees, situps, sprawl, you name it.  It's 28 minutes of non stop misery.  Best CD workout EVER.

I do the Thai Boxing and All Around Fighting 3 or 4 times a week and I have it on my iPod for when I travel - it's 12 rounds x 3 minutes with 1 minute rest.  It consists of Bas calling punches, combos and kicks for the Thai Boxing, plus sprawl, pushup, etc. for the All Around...I typically don't go past 7 rounds if I'm going full power, good footwork, bobbing, etc.

I'm in good shape, too - this thing's a beast.

  4. Look into Crossfit. Hardcore workouts that build muscle and stamina. Perfect for MMA.

  5. Kettle runs, circuit training, there are 1000's of things to list.

Do you know what those things are?
