Good workout plan??????

Hey in going into grade nine and i need a good 3 days a week workout plan, and on each of thos 3 days i will go to the gym, so whats a good plan?

  1. Start out with triceps, biceps, arms, shoulders, and chest

    Then work your torso like abs and back and neck

    Finally when your upper body is tired out work on your legs and thighs with machines like a leg press or leg lifts where you can rest your upper body while working your lower body

    Do this for two rounds and each machine about 15-20 reps each round


  2. work out on ur legs

    get them stronger football is all about leg power

    im a freshmen too

    i found out i have strong legs and i see people working out their arms and upper body but when we do scrimmage games i always rock them

    dont get me wrong, do some upper body too, but focus on ur legs
